These Terms of Use for Brands (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and services provided by Hustle Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”) by brands, businesses, or other entities (“you,” “your,” “Brand”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We offer a variety of services, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, strategy development, and analytics tracking (“Services”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to act on behalf of your Brand and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or engaging our Services.

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account. In some cases, we may require access to your social media accounts, cloud storage, or other document-sharing platforms to perform the Services effectively. By granting such access, you acknowledge that we will handle your data responsibly and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. However, you agree that we shall not be held liable for any misuse of such access by third parties not affiliated with our company.

You agree to provide necessary access to your social media accounts, brand assets, and relevant information to enable us to perform the Services. You shall approve or reject proposed content within agreed timelines to ensure smooth operations. You warrant that all materials provided to us are free of copyright or trademark infringements. You agree to pay a deposit equivalent to one month’s fee at the start of the project, which will be applied to the final month or retained in case of improper termination.

The creatives and content developed by us will be posted on your social media accounts; however, we retain full copyright ownership of all content. You may not republish or use the content on other platforms without our prior written consent. We retain full ownership of both raw content files (e.g., unedited video footage, project files, graphic design source files) and the original files of the final product (e.g., finalized video files, edited graphics, or other deliverables). These files will not be provided to you and may only be used for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.This obligation shall survive the termination of the Services.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

Hustle Studios will provide Client with technical support for the Services: (i) via email at [email protected], Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM SGT. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all technical support requests within 24 hours from the time the request is received.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. If you terminate the engagement prior to the end of the agreed term, a cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s fee will apply. Upon termination, you agree to settle any outstanding fees for Services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms or fail to make timely payments.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
